The seed of Nishabd was sown many years back when the founder joined medical college. Seeing the extreme pain and suffering amongst the non affording and their inability to access quality healthcare, in spite of the government doing their bit to reach out, she decided to bridge the gap by starting a foundation that can help reach out.
Pain and suffering come to all in the same intensity. When in pain, you only want to be helped, whatever the cost. We have seen families having to take cruel decisions of letting their loved ones go only because they cannot afford the cost required to save them. This is what Nishabd will always stand for, reaching out to all, as every life matters...

The Nishabd Family is founded by Dr. Neha N. Mehta and her brothers, Tejas N. Mehta, Nishith Mehta, Hemang Sheth and Gautam Shah.
Why We Do It
There are many of us who lack the means and accessibility to the best facilities and drugs which could potentially
return us to a state of 'healthiness.' A sense of despondency and helplessness envelopes those who aren't able to
empower themselves. We at Nishabd stand for them in their hour of need, by acting as a means for the destitute to
have access to potentially lifesaving treatments and drugs, supportive nutrition and educational means to live a
fulfilling life.
It is our humble endeavor to care and make an attempt to positively impact the lives of those who for
whatever reasons are unable to help themselves.

Nishabd Foundation was blessed with an opportunity to provide a Biosafety Cabinet to Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity and Research Centre, Parel, Mumbai.
